Rolled Oats

Microwave - Serves 1
- In a large bowl add ¾ cup water to ¼ cup of Rolled Oats. (Alternatively, add ¼ cup milk² and ½ cup water).
- Mix well with a spoon.
- Heat in microwave¹ on HIGH for 3 minutes.
- Stir, then heat on HIGH for a further 1 minute (or a further 2 minutes if using milk² and water)
- Serve with milk², honey, dried or fresh fruit
Stove Top - Serves 2
- In a saucepan add 1½ cups of milk² or water and ½ cup of Rolled Oats.
- Bring to the boil and simmer for 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally
- Serve with milk², honey, dried or fresh fruit
