ACAI OAT BOWL
INGREDIENTS
- 4 tablespoons of Lowan Rolled Oats
- 1 cup of frozen mixed berries
- 1 banana frozen
- 2 teaspoons of acai powder
- 2/3 cup soy milk
- chopped almonds (for topping)
- mango, diced (for topping)
- coconut (for topping)
- chia seeds (for topping)
METHOD
1. Add all ingredients (except the topping ingredients) to a blender.
2. Cover tightly and pulse to chop fruit, then puree until smooth.
3. Once blended, pour into a serving bowl.
4. Place toppings ontop and you are now ready to serve!
