ACAI OAT BOWL

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 tablespoons of Lowan Rolled Oats
  • 1 cup of frozen mixed berries
  • 1 banana frozen
  • 2 teaspoons of acai powder
  • 2/3 cup soy milk
  • chopped almonds (for topping)
  • mango, diced (for topping)
  • coconut (for topping)
  • chia seeds (for topping)

 

METHOD

1. Add all ingredients (except the topping ingredients) to a blender.

2. Cover tightly and pulse to chop fruit, then puree until smooth.

3. Once blended, pour into a serving bowl.

4. Place toppings ontop and you are now ready to serve!
