APRICOT & ALMOND BLISS BALLS

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup Lowan Apricot & Almond Muesli
  • 1 cup dried apricots
  • 1 cup desiccated coconut
  • 3 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 3 tablespoons coconut oil
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons desiccated coconut, extra to coat

 

METHOD

1. Process muesli, dried apricots, desiccated coconut, chia seeds, honey and coconut oil in a food processor until well combined and mixture starts to come together.

2. Place the extra 2 tablespoons of desiccated coconut into a shallow bowl.

3. Roll approximatley 2 tablespoons portions of mixture into balls. Roll in coconut ot evenly coat.

4. Store in fridge in an airtight container.
