BLUE SMOOTHIE BOWL
- 1/3 cup of Lowan Rolled Oats
- 3 frozen bananas
- 2 teaspoons of blue spirulina powder
- 2/3 cup almond milk
- blueberries (for topping)
- almond flakes (for topping)
- chia seeds (for topping)
- extra oats (for topping)
- 1 banana, sliced (for topping)
1. Add all ingredients (except the topping ingredients) to a blender.
2. Cover tightly and pulse to chop fruit, then puree until smooth.
3. Once blended, pour into a serving bowl.
4. Place toppings ontop and you are now ready to serve!
