BLUE SMOOTHIE

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/3 cup of Lowan Rolled Oats
  • 1 cup of frozen banana
  • 2 teaspoons spirulina powder 
  • 1 cup of milk (dairy or non dairy)
  • banana, sliced (topping)
  • chia seeds (topping)
  • kiwi fruit, sliced (to decorate)

 

METHOD

1. Add all ingredients to a blender.

2. Cover tightly and pulse to chop fruit, then puree until smooth.

3. Once blended, serve immediatley and add topping and decorating ingredients (optional).
