Green power oat smoothie

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/4 cup of Lowan Quick Oats
  • 3/4 cup unsweetened coconut milk
  • 1 cup of baby spinach leaves, tightly packed
  • 1/4 cup parsley leaves
  • 1/2 cup of cored and chopped green apple
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup of ice
  • 1 tablespoon honey

 

METHOD

1. Add all ingredients to a blender.

2. Cover tightly and blend until smooth.

3. Once blended, pour into a serving cup.
