HEALTH POWER SMOOTHIE BOWL

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/4 cup Lowan Quick Oats
  • 1 cup of frozen pineapple
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 150mL coconut milk
  • 1 teaspoon spirulina powder
  • blueberries (for topping)
  • extra quick oats (for topping)
  • shredded coconut (for topping)

 

METHOD

1. Add all ingredients (except the topping ingredients) to a blender.

2. Cover tightly and blend until smooth 

3. Once blended, pour into a serving bowl.

4. Place toppings ontop and you are now ready to serve!
