HEALTH POWER SMOOTHIE BOWL
INGREDIENTS
- 1/4 cup Lowan Quick Oats
- 1 cup of frozen pineapple
- 1 frozen banana
- 150mL coconut milk
- 1 teaspoon spirulina powder
- blueberries (for topping)
- extra quick oats (for topping)
- shredded coconut (for topping)
METHOD
1. Add all ingredients (except the topping ingredients) to a blender.
2. Cover tightly and blend until smooth
3. Once blended, pour into a serving bowl.
4. Place toppings ontop and you are now ready to serve!
