MANGO SMOOTHIE
INGREDIENTS
- 1/3 cup of Lowan Rolled Oats
- 2 cups frozen mango
- 1 cup frozen banana
- 1/2 cup milk (dairy or dairy free)
- 1/2 cup yoghurt (dairy or dairy free)
METHOD
1. Add all ingredients to a blender.
2. Cover tightly and pulse to chop fruit, then puree until smooth.
3. Once blended, serve immediatley.
