STRAWBERRY OAT SMOOTHIE BOWL
INGREDIENTS
- 1/3 cup Lowan Rolled Oats
- 1 banana sliced
- 4 large strawberries sliced
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1/2 cup of plain yoghurt
- 1 tablespoon of honey
METHOD
1. Reserve 6 slices of banana, 1 sliced strawberry, 1 tablespoon oats and 1 teaspoon of chia seeds.
2. In a blender, combine yoghurt, honey, remaining banana, strawberries, oats and chia seeds. Puree until smooth
3. Pour into a bowl and top with reserved bannas, strawberrues, oats and chia seeds.
