tropical acai bowl

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/3 cup of Lowan Rolled Oats
  • 1 frozen acai puree block
  • 1 frozen mango
  • 1/2 cup frozen pineapple
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 150mL coconut water
  • strawberries sliced (for topping)
  • banana sliced (for topping)
  • mango diced (for topping)
  • pineapple diced (for topping)
  • shredded coconut (for topping)
  • chia seeds (for topping)

METHOD

1. Add all ingredients (except the topping ingredients) to a blender.

2. Cover tightly and pulse to chop fruit, then puree until smooth.

3. Once blended, pour into a serving bowl.

4. Place toppings ontop and you are now ready to serve!
