tropical acai bowl
INGREDIENTS
- 1/3 cup of Lowan Rolled Oats
- 1 frozen acai puree block
- 1 frozen mango
- 1/2 cup frozen pineapple
- 1 frozen banana
- 150mL coconut water
- strawberries sliced (for topping)
- banana sliced (for topping)
- mango diced (for topping)
- pineapple diced (for topping)
- shredded coconut (for topping)
- chia seeds (for topping)
METHOD
1. Add all ingredients (except the topping ingredients) to a blender.
2. Cover tightly and pulse to chop fruit, then puree until smooth.
3. Once blended, pour into a serving bowl.
4. Place toppings ontop and you are now ready to serve!
